Even though we live in a time with more information and more resources than ever, we suffer from stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness. We are eating more, working more, shopping more, relying on drugs, alcohol, everything on the outside, just not to look inside ourselves.
The irony is, that all each of us really wants is to be loved and to feel connected. Before we can connect, and truly love others, we need to connect to ourselves.
